These terms cover your Ivy Link subscription. By signing up, you agree to them.

The service

Ivy Link provides search engine optimization work for your website: research, data collection, content, web tools, site changes and reporting, carried out by software agents and reviewed by our team. The specific work each week depends on your site, your goals and what we agree on together.

Billing

• The subscription costs $1,000 per month, billed in advance through Stripe on the same day each month.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
• Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
• We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change.

Your site and accounts

You confirm that you have the right to give us access to the website, Search Console property and publishing tools you share with us. We use that access only to provide the service, and you can revoke it at any time.

Ownership

Pages, content and tools we publish on your site are yours. We keep ownership of Ivy Link's software, agents and internal methods, and of datasets we collect and maintain to provide the service.

No guaranteed rankings

Search engines and AI assistants decide rankings and citations on their own, and they change their systems often. We work to improve your visibility, but we can't guarantee specific rankings, traffic or results.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll email you before it takes effect.
