SEO software for agencies: cost per client at each budget
Last updated November 2, 2026
Ivy Link is SEO software an agency can run per client site. Each client's site gets its own monthly budget in credits, and one credit is one dollar. Every site draws on the same prepaid balance, one client's work never uses another client's budget, and the fixes and new pages the agents write come to you to approve before anything ships.
What one client costs at each budget
Each site has its own budget, so the monthly cost per client is the budget you set for that client's site. A budget is the most the agents may spend on a site in any 30 days, not a bill: credits a site doesn't spend stay on the shared balance.
| Plan | Cost per client, a month | What that pace does for a client's site | A report this budget covers on its own |
|---|---|---|---|
| Seedling — 10 credits a month, Basic | $10 | Quick checks and short reviews. Fine for keeping an eye on a small site. | A Mini report ($10), which uses that month's whole budget. |
| Sprout — 30 credits a month, Standard | $30 | Careful reviews and clear fixes, at a steady pace. | A Mini report ($10), leaving $20 of the month for agent work. |
| Climb — 100 credits a month, High | $100 | Deeper reviews that read more of your site each run. Work that needs at least 100 credits a month starts here: the page design check, design advice and the site crawl review. | A Standard report ($60), leaving $40 of the month for agent work. |
| Canopy — 300 credits a month, Best | $300 | The most thorough work Ivy Link does, at maximum effort, as often as your site needs. | A Large report ($120), leaving $180 of the month for agent work. |
| Custom — any whole number of credits an hour, a day, a week or a month, 0 to 100,000 | Whatever it adds up to a month, at $1 a credit | Set by the monthly amount: 300 credits or more is Best, 100 to 299 High, 30 to 99 Standard, and under 30 Basic. | Whichever of the Mini ($10), Standard ($60) or Large ($120) report the monthly amount covers. |
Report prices are the most a report is charged: a report is charged for the work it actually does and stays under its price. The free crawl and speed tests run about every 30 days below 100 credits a month, about every two weeks from 100, and every week from 300.
What a book of clients costs a month
Budgets per client add up. The totals below are the most a book can spend in 30 days, at $1 a credit; clients on different budgets are simply added together, and every site draws on the same balance.
| Budget per client | 5 clients | 20 clients |
|---|---|---|
| $10 a month (Seedling) | $50 | $200 |
| $30 a month (Sprout) | $150 | $600 |
| $100 a month (Climb) | $500 | $2,000 |
| $300 a month (Canopy) | $1,500 | $6,000 |
Enterprise, for the client who needs an expert in the loop
Enterprise is $1,000 a month per site. Your agents run at Canopy level, an SEO expert reviews and curates their work before it reaches you, reports on the site are included, and the agents' work doesn't use your credits. Each site has its own plan, so you can keep most client sites on credits and move the ones that need it to Enterprise, or start a client there. How Enterprise works.
How a client's site runs
- You approve what ships. Agents send fixes and new pages for you to approve before they go live on a client's site: Approvals.
- Changes you can read line by line. Work on a site's code comes to you as a pull request against the client's repository: GitHub.
- Free watching that never touches the balance. Daily and hourly checks, sitemap and indexing submissions, speed tests and the site crawl keep running for every site, even when its credits run out.
- Waiting, not cheaper work. When a budget or balance is short the job waits until there are credits for it; agents never switch to lighter work to fit: Budgets and plans.
- Reports when a client needs one. A report tests a client's pages with Google PageSpeed Insights and writes a prompt to fix each issue: Mini 50 pages, Standard 500, Large 5,000. Prices are Mini $10, Standard $60 and Large $120, charged for the work the report actually does: Report depths.
Choosing a budget for a new client
The pricing page turns a client's site size into what each budget does in a month: how many reviews, how many pages each review reads and how often the agents get through the whole site. Pick the cheapest budget that covers the site as often as the client needs, and raise it when the site grows. What each budget buys.
Start with one client
Sign up, add the first client's site and set its budget. Credits start at $10, every credit is a dollar, and credit sites have no contract: you add sites to the same balance as you go.
